Individualised OT Program

Every child's needs are different, and sometimes the right support looks less like a group program and more like a plan built specifically around your child.

Our Individualised OT Program pairs the expertise of an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist with the ongoing, hands-on delivery of our Allied Health Assistants - giving your child a tailored, one-on-one therapy program built around their specific goals.

We work in collaboration with Penny Gardner, a highly experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 25 years in the field, who provides the initial assessment, program design, and ongoing clinical oversight for this program.

Hand & Finger Strength

Turn-taking, sharing, and participating in group routines

How It Works

  • Initial assessment: Penny conducts a therapy-focused assessment and develops a tailored therapy program based on your child's individual goals and needs. This assessment supports therapy planning - it is not intended for diagnostic purposes, funding applications, or eligibility assessments. If a comprehensive assessment or detailed report is required for these purposes, this can be discussed separately.

  • Ongoing delivery: our Allied Health Assistant implements the program with the number of sessions matched to your child's requirements

  • Progress review: follow-up sessions with Penny take place to review progress and adjust the program as needed

  • Ongoing collaboration: our AHA and OT maintain open communication throughout, so the program can be adapted as your child progresses

Who This Is For

Children who would benefit from individualised OT support - whether working towards school readiness, building fine motor and coordination skills, or addressing a specific goal identified by you or your child's educator. This program suits families looking for a more tailored, one-on-one approach than a group program offers.
