When Do You Need A Report?
Reports are used to help provide evidence and justification for the funding of additional support services to help your child's needs. Most commonly these are needed for:

Access request for NDIS funding

An NDIS plan review (ie. when the plan expires).

Please note, this can take place up to 100 days prior to your plan expiry date if you request it.

A change of circumstances affecting your NDIS funding.

This may be due to a need for additional therapy supports or an increase in funding due to unforeseen challenges.

Justification for equipment needs that are not currently in your NDIS plan.
