Strength and Conditioning
Some kids need extra strength and endurance just to keep up with everyday life - school days, playground play,
and sport can be tough when muscles fatigue quickly. Other kids are already active and want to build strength,
power and conditioning specifically for their sport.
This program supports both - using targeted training with weights and a range
of equipment, tailored to where your child is starting from and what they want to achieve.

How It Works
-
Individual or small group sessions: Delivered one-on-one, or in small groups matched by age and ability
-
Led by a physiotherapist or Allied Health Assistant: Depending on your child's needs and the program structure
-
Flexible delivery: Weekly sessions, or more intensive 4-week blocks with therapy 2–3 times per week
-
Home program option: Available for families who'd prefer sessions delivered at home rather than in a group or clinic setting
-
Every program accounts for your child's individual starting point: Whether that's building basic strength or fine-tuning sport performance
