WE CAN HELP WITH
Building the skills for everyday life
We use a hands-on approach, working consistently on a targeted set of exercises so new skills genuinely stick.
Balance & coordination
Steadier movement, more confident play and fewer falls.
Gross motor skills
Running, climbing, jumping and whole-body movement, done safely and competently.
Muscle strength, power & endurance
Building the physical foundation for everyday activity and stamina.
Everyday movement
Moving confidently through daily routines like climbing stairs, getting dressed and playing.
HOW IT WORKS
Practice that builds real mastery
Skills stick when they are practised often, in the places your child uses them.
Targeted exercises
We work on a consistent set of exercises, so your child builds real mastery rather than trying something once.
Practise, then progress
Lots of practice and repetition build confidence and independence. As each skill gets easier, we add the next challenge so your child keeps progressing.
Done where life happens
Sessions at home and in the community, so skills carry over naturally into everyday routines.
Sessions are 45 minutes · private health rebates available
