This resource highlights a trusted, family-led organisation offering free programs, tools and peer support to help you feel more confident and supported as you navigate life with a child who has a developmental delay or disability.
Belongside Families (formerly known as Kindred) is a supportive space created by families of children with developmental delay and disability, for families.
They offer free, evidence-based programs and resources- including webinars on supporting your child in early childhood education and primary school, tools for navigating the NDIS, and access to the Envisage program, a strengths-based workshop series designed to help parents build skills, confidence and a clear direction for their family. Their peer support network helps parents and carers feel more confident in their role, better equipped to navigate support systems, and more connected to others on a similar journey.
